Technical Account Manager will manage a portfolio of customers who have implemented our client’s Business Intelligence technology solutions with the goal of increasing product usage and overall adoption. The individual in this role will be directly cooperating with stakeholders across different levels in the organization, with the ultimate goal to deliver value and assure success of the business relationship with clients. Beyond direct interaction with customers, this individual will work with internal business units to ensure customer needs are being met in a timely manner.

Scope of responsibilities:
  • Develop strong customer and business relationships that enable company to be a trusted advisor to the customers
  • Develop strong technical understanding of all company’s products
  • Execute programs to ensure that the company is fully aware of the customer’s adoption level, value realization, and overall satisfaction with the technology solution(s)
  • Work with the product management and product development (technology) organization to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the product(s)
  • Collaborate with Sales Account Management and executives to identify areas of solution expansion and adoption opportunities
  • Provide business acumen for customers and strive to understand the business problem we are solving in order to best manage the evolution of the solution and exceed customer expectations
We want you to have:
  • Fluent English and advanced French or German language knowledge
  • Over 3 years of experience in one or more fields: technical account management, engagement management, system implementation, technical support or consulting
  • Previous direct experience and demonstrated comfort in interacting with Senior Management internally and within the install base
  • Demonstrated strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with an ability to identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and written are a must

For our client’s Asset Services Department we are currently looking for a highly motivated, energetic person with great attention to details and results-oriented-attitude who could join the company as Service Charge Analyst who would ensure proper service charge analysis is in place to faciliate maximizing profit of investment properties owned by business clients (landlords) and rented by tenants.


Scope of responsibilities:
  • Regular review and analysis of client’s real estate service charges versus allocated property budgets to track expenditure variances and, in a short- and long-term, to optimize them
  • Ensuring accuracy in terms of processing and budgets allocations on a quarterly basis
  • Accounting activities including: bank reconciliation, journal preparation / posting
  • Support in month-end closing
  • Effective collaboration with team members, internal departments and external clients
  • Monthly reporting as well as preparation and update of internal procedures and manuals
We want you to have:
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (min. B2/C1)
  • 1-2 years of experience within Finance / Accounting area
  • Economics, Accounting or Finance degree will be considered as an advantage
  • General understanding of business accounting processes in a company
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
  • Strong analytical abilities as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate accounting matters in a clear and concise manner (also to other departments and external clients)
  • Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Willingness to develop personal and business skills

  • Preparation of month-end AP reporting
  • Providing support for finance-related issues that arises in other departments within the organization
  • Cooperation with other departments based in Poland and UK
