Your main responsibilities

Depending on position, you will be responsible for one of the following areas:

Order Management Specialist wih German:
  • Order processing and securing of wholesale and distribution
  • Close cooperation with different departments (i.e. logistics, accounting, sales, service, planning)
  • Recording and processing of customer complaints (damages, refusal of acceptance or shortages)
  • Preparing and managing credits
  • Processing of goods procurement and reservations (priority on advertisements and actions)
  • Clarifying differences including cause analysis in the area of ​​service
  • Taking part in LEAN improvement projects (i.e. SAP Blue Heart continuous improvement)
Customer Service Specialist (Resource Planner) with German:
  • Creating a resourcing plan and service order fulfillment schedule to deliver on commitments and have an optimized resource allocation across service engineers
  • Balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations
  • Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching service orders for service engineers and resources
  • Communicating and confirming with the customer the maintenance plans based on contracts and maintenance requirements
  • Being single point of contact for exception and escalation of service orders for customers, consumers and service engineers (internal / external) in a professional matter (analysis, registration, communication and timely escalation)
Master Data Specialist with German:
  • Creating and maintaining customer and product master data
  • Close cooperation with other departments and stakeholders
  • Participating in projects and consulting with detailed master data knowledge
  • Defining new ways of working and drive process improvement
  • Maintaining the customer and responsible sales representative table in SAP and other systems
  • Managing the leading product life cycle indicator
  • Feeding a subset of product master data via 1WorldSync towards customers
GBS Order Manager with German:
  • Preparing individually tailored offers for end customers
  • Managing orders (checking configuration, booking order, shipment tracking)
  • Providing advisory to customers (inbound calls) on products and handling requests and complaints
  • Using and maintaining CRM tools (SFDC and CFS) and informing about market changes
  • Participating in relevant sales events (training, strategy meetings, congresses)
  • Sales support reporting
  • Supporting tenders process, determination of quantities and calculation of quotations
Installation/Capacity Planner for IS and US:
  • Check the plausibility of the schedule; if necessary clarify project-specific requirements with Customer Project Manager/Order Manager and Sales Teams
  • Check the installation orders that have been created in SAP/other supply chain system of Philips
  • Select the required installer (Field Service Engineer) in the optimal way – possibly combined with other activities at customer facilities
  • Acquisition of additional capacity from third party companies when needed
  • Schedule the deployment of the FSE for the installations and point out any scheduling conflicts (already planned repairs, maintenance, FCO, etc.) and monitor their unbundling
  • Manage escalations within the process of installation
  • Order installation material, monitor delivery
  • Complete the installation order after the installation has been finished
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders updated on the status of installation
Quoting & Tender Specialist:
  • You will be involved in sales related activities
  • To produce quotations IGT, DI, US and MATC sales force
  • Pro-active collaboration with the account managers, project managers, product managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the supply chain
  • Set priorities and ensures correct and completeness of quotes within required timeframes
  • Provide support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team
  • Preparing all needed documents for participation in tenders for the sales force across all Business Units / Business Lines
  • Prepare all needed certificates and declarations to fulfil tender requirements/qualify for tender
  • Create and maintain a total overview of all tenders
  • Set priorities and ensures correct and completeness of tenders within required timeframes
  • Actively support with the implementation of continuous improvement, eg LEAN tools such as Kaizen/A3
Sales Back Office Specialist with German:
  • You will be involved in sales related activities
  • Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked
  • Pro-active collaboration with the account managers, project managers, product managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the supply chain
  • Ensure timely hand-over of the cases to order management according to the agreed policy
  • Provide support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team
  • Actively support with the implementation of continuous improvement, eg LEAN tools such as Kaizen/A3
SRC Customer Service Advisor:
  • Coordinating repairs of S&RC medical devices, including accounting of time and material
  • Preparing offers and aligning quotations for repairs with customers
  • For rented devices and 3rd party items coordinate directly with patient/family in case of issues with device
  • For customer owned devices coordinate directly with hospitals and home care providers in case of issues with device
  • Spare parts management for devices reparation, work closely with logistics, technicians and suppliers to ensure smooth process of repairs
General Sales Support:
  • Handling incoming requests from customers with regards to order taking, deliveries and invoicing
  • Customers consulting on S&RC products
  • Order entering in SAP
  • Answering phone calls from customers
  • Invoicing rental fees for S&RC devices
  • Preparing shipping documents for rental devices and organizing pick-ups for returned products via Infodis
  • Creation/Maintenance of customer master data
  • Complaint handling
  • Handling of delivery holds
  • Communication stream with different internal stakeholders/being back-up for international colleagues/peers
Marketing Specialist with German
  • Product content registration and maintenance in customer master data systems
  • Cooperation with external agencies
  • Picture and video creation (by using image editing software)
  • In this role, you have the opportunity to create and improve marketing content along customer specific requirements. You will work on generating and publishing content for German speaking Personal Health Stakeholders and Customers.
