Profil souhaité

  • Issu(e) d’une formation ingénieur ou d’un cursus universitaire équivalent,
  • vous justifiez d’une première expérience d’au moins une année en administration et gestion d’infrastructures informatiques (systèmes et réseaux).
  • Vous maîtrisez les environnements Windows Server, Linux et les annuaires LDAP.
  • Vous possédez des connaissances dans les domaines et les technologies de virtualisation d’infrastructures informatiques (VMWARE, HyperV, OpenStack, VDI), les systèmes d’authentification, les messageries et les bases de données SQL.
  • Vous disposez idéalement d’une expérience chez un hébergeur Cloud ou sur des environnements virtualisés avec de gros flux de données (fort trafic / haute disponibilité / supervision / sécurité).

Your main responsibilities

Depending on position, you will be responsible for one of the following areas:

  • Select the required installer (Field Service Engineer) in the optimal way – possibly combined with other activities at customer facilities

  • Schedule the deployment of the FSE for the installations and point out any scheduling conflicts (already planned repairs, maintenance, FCO, etc.) and monitor their unbundling
  • Manage escalations within the process of installation

  • Keep internal and external stakeholders updated on the status of installation
Quoting & Tender Specialist:
  • You will be involved in sales related activities
  • To produce quotations IGT, DI, US and MATC sales force

  • Processing of travel and expenses, Credit Card and P-Card expenses
  • Reconciliation of T&E, Credit Card and P-Card accounts
  • Prepare reports and analyses for the business
  • Provide end-to-end customer support for employees (EMEA region)
  • Coordinate back office queries related to claims and employee requests for travel and corporate credit cards
  • Provide information for financial reports and planning
We want you to have:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (T&E would be an asset)
  • Economics, Accounting or Finance degree will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and French (min. B2/C1)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with ERP system (People Soft, SAP, Oracle) would be an advantage
