  • Participate in generating improvement ideas
We want you to have:
  • Fluent reading and writing skills in one of the following languages: Czech, Slovak, Slovenian or Lithuanian
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong knowledge of modern culture, interest in current events, pop culture, and history
  • Analystical and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy and passionate about the internet
  • Open for shift working system – mornings and evenings

Zakres obowiązków:
  • Utrzymywanie dobrych relacji z użytkownikami w j. niemieckim
  •  Wsparcie telefoniczne i mailowe użytkowników z branży e-commerce oraz urządzeń z kategorii najnowszych technologii (mobile, sztuczna inteligencja, VOD)
  •  Zdalne rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych
  •  Raportowanie
Czego oczekujemy?
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości języka niemieckiego (min. B2/C1)
  • Komunikatywnej znajomości j. angielskiego (B2)
  • Bardzo dobrych umiejętności interpersonalnych
  • Umiejętności analitycznych
  • Dyspozycyjności do udziału w szkoleniu w Warszawie (2-3 tygodnie w ciągu dni roboczych, firma nie sponsoruje zakwaterowania)
  • Dyspozycyjności do pracy w pełnym wymiarze godzin (poniedziałek-niedziela, praca zmianowa 6-24, grafik do doprecyzowania z Team Leaderem)
