Transition Specialist (F&A)

Real Estate Professional Services - Warsaw

For our client’s Transition Unit we are currently looking for a highly motivated, energetic person with great attention to details and results-oriented-attitude who could join the company as Transition Project Specialist on an international project.


Scope of responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver project work plans (including project plans, overview, project schedules) and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Establishes Key Programme Milestones and associated deadlines
  • Identifies the success criteria for the project including clearly stated objectives and scope items to be accomplished
  • Leads internal control meetings with the purpose of obtaining consensus on status of the project execution progress and identifying risks and issues
  • Reports to stakeholders on the status of the programme and exception items impacting progress
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s)
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored
  • Works closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
  • Ad hoc reports and presentations to senior leadership or local board
  • EMEA Project management, including coordination of UAT testing and Hypercare within region/local time zones prior to Daily scrum calls
  • Coordinate Regional UAT testing, gather testing results, prepare due diligence and report on output
  • Managing any risk and issues occurring during transition (with support of Global Project Lead, Treasury and Regional Governance Team)
  • Coordinate Regional Hypercare support – Understanding central control at the SSC post transition and align with parallel project objectives & processes
  • Deliver trainings, process documentation and external communication
  • Respond to queries on timely basis to stakeholders at all level
  • Identify GAP to processes implementing
We want you to have:
  • English at proficiency level (written and spoken), other language would be an advantage
  • Accounting background with evidence of relevant professional experience (P2P|C2C|R2R)
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to understand complex situations
  • Results focused
  • Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate effectively with stakeholder at every level)
  • Experience with Project, Programme Management or Coordination
  • Highly energetic and motivated to work in a demanding and solutions led environment
  • Excellent Time management
